Stainless Steel Insulation Dome Caps Washers

Insulation dome caps washers are consisting of stainless steel dome shells with self-locking washers, they were generally applied to conceal tie of lacing anchors pins, quilting pins, self adhesive stick insulation pins, perforated insulation hangers when installing the insulation mats or jackets.

The material can be stainless steel ,galvanized steel,aluminum alloy, plastic material for the dome cap is available; surface treatment is polishing, zinc plating,white or black spraying, come with different diameters and cut holes for different insulation pins application.

Domed caps with self-locking washer in it, are designed to lock insulation pins and cover the insulation sharp pin ends for safety application. When use it for a heavy insulation material, need secure insulation with a self-locking washer, then install the dome cap to cover the pin point, and we must measure and know the pin length to install with the dome cap,general should be 1/4” longer than the insulation thickness for a best application.
