How to keep insulation from falling out?
When we will install insulation material in different places, then we request different insulation pins and self locking washers to secure the insulation materials, then keep insulation from falling out.
Following are insulation material in different places,We use different fasteners to keep insualtion from falling out.
1.Insulation material is removable blanket, we need the lacing anchors and insulation washers to keep the insulation lacing anchors pierce the blanket. 2.Insulation material will hanger on the wall, we need the self sticking insulation stick pins or perforated base insulation hangers with self-locking washers. Install the insulation hangers on the wall with self adhesive or glue, then press the insulation material and make insulation stick pins pierce it, then secure the insulation with self-locing washers or dome cap washers, the insulation material will not fall.
3.Insulation material to the HVAC or ductwork, we need the cup head pins, use our insulation pin welder to weld the cup head pins, cup head pins pierce the insulation and then weld at the metal surface, the insulation was secured between the cup head and metal surface, then keep insulation from falling out.
4.Insuatlion material to marine, we need the CD weld pins, use our stud welding machine to weld the CD pins at the metal surface, then press the insulation material to pierce the weld pins, fasten it with our insulaiton washers or done cap washers to keep insulation from falling out.
