The perforated insulation pins are same function with the self adhesive insulation pins to hang the insulation material,so we also called it perforated base insulation hangers, it is consisting of a 50x50mm metal base plate and a 12ga pin, perforated base with 44 holes to spread the adhesive evenly, in order to the insulation pins can stick in place firmly.

The perforated base plate general is 50x50mm, thickness is 0.4mm; the nail diameter is 12 Gauge( 2.7mm) as standard, and nail length is available from 19mm to 250mm, such as: 19mm, 32mm, 38mm, 41mm, 50mm, 63mm, 89mm, 114mm, 140mm, 160mm, 203mm and etc.

The perforated insulation pins are used to fasten insulation material with a self-locking washers and dome caps, it request the straight, smooth, clean and dry surfaces to stick the perforated base plate onto the place, so we need to clean the surface of place, then applicated adhesive on the perforated base and press the insulation pin firmly.
