Lacing anchors are insulation fasteners that used for reusable and removable insulation blanket, work with self locking washer to fasten the blanket.

Lacing anchors are used in the fabrication of insulation blankets or removable covers/pads, generally made of stainless steel and low-carbon steel with polishing and zinc plated,it consist of a nail and round base plate with hook, the nail through the center of the base plate,and fixing tightly. Nail is sharp and soft, then easy to through insulation blanket and bend it after fixing the blanket with a self-locking washer.
The round lacing anchors head is 7/8″(22mm) diameter, come with 1mm thickness, the nail diameter is 12 Gauge(2.7mm)/14 Gauge(2.0mm), and the length is 2.5″ /4.5″ (63.5mm/114.3mm), or if you have specific request for it, we can customize it for you.
The stainless steel lacing anchors are used with insulation self-locking washers for removable or reusable insulation blankets/jackets. Press the nail through the insulation material, so the hook portion sits on the top edge and the nail is secured on the opposite side of the insulation with a washer. The two sides of the blanket can then be “laced” together by the hooks with tie wire.
