Self-sticking insulation hangers are generally made of stainless steel or low carbon steel,it consist of square metal base with a nail through the center, and combine firmly, the metal base has a foam adhesive covered with a release paper for quickly and easily sticking.
The self adhesive insulation hangers matel base is 50x50mm, thickness is 0.4mm; the nail diameter is 12 Gauge( 2.7mm) as standard, and nail length is available from 19mm to 250mm, such as: 19mm, 32mm, 38mm, 41mm, 50mm, 63mm, 89mm, 114mm, 140mm, 160mm, 203mm and etc.
The insulation hangers are used to fasten insulation material with a self-locking washers and dome caps, it request the straight, smooth, clean and dry surfaces to stick the base of insulation hangers onto the place, so we need to clean the surface of place before application , then peel away the release paper and press the insulation hangers firmly. After installed the insulation material, use the self locking washer or dome cap to fixing the insulation.
